Alzheimer's disease

According to the Alzheimer's Association there are 5.2 million Americans currently living with Alzheimer's disease and over 25 million U.S. families are engaged in caregiving and support and that numbers are expected to grow to as many as 16 million affected by the devasting dementia and up to 50 million families by 2050! The magnitude of the nowday and the future burden is staggering! Every 70 seconds an American develops Alzheimer's and by the midcentury an American will develop the disease every 33 seconds. One in six women and one in ten men who reach age 55 develop Alzheimer's in their lifetime. When I did research on ethiology and pathogenesis of the Alzheimer's dementia I found overwhelming evidence of the presence of chronic inflammatory brain disease(CIBD) What is your opinion?
